Visshudha Chakra

   The Visshudha Chakra is next upwards from the Anahata Chakra. It’s derived from “Vish” (Poison) and “Shhudh” (Pure). It is also called Throat Chakra. It symbolizes creativity and self-expression. It is located on the fifth rung in the Kundalini ascension path of six chakras (seventh being the destination). This chakra is associated with the purification, balancing, and harmonizing at the physical, mental and spiritual levels.  A person’s ability to express himself and communicate effectively is related to this chakra. It deals with the issues of the purification of our breath, food, our thoughts, and emotions. The functioning of the organs in the throat region thyroid gland, parathyroid gland, neck, teeth, gums, esophagus, cervical bones, arms, shoulders, vocal cords, arms, and mouth come under the purview of Visshudha Chakra. Anahata Chakra

   Anahata Chakra   The Anahata Chakra is next upwards to the Manipura Chakra .   It’s derived from “An” (Without) and “Ahata” (Striking). It is also called Heart Chakra. It symbolizes infinite love.  It is located on the fourth rung in the Kundalini ascension path of six chakras (seventh being the destination).   This chakra is associated with the manifestation of the boundless love of divine love.  A person’s social identity and traits like wisdom, compassion, trust, forgiveness, unconditional love, are related to this chakra. It deals with the issues of the soul. The functioning of the organs in the chest region thymus gland, heart, rib cage, shoulders, arms, hands blood, circulatory system, lungs and diaphragm, breasts, esophagus comes under the purview of Anahata Chakra. Manipura Chakra

    The Manipura Chakra is next upwards to the Swadhisthana Chakra .   It’s derived from “Mani” (Jewel) and “Pura”(Palace) meaning a palace where the jewel of consciousness is established. It is located midway (third) in the Kundalini ascension path of six chakras (seventh being the destination).   This chakra is associated with the manifestation of self-confidence, Self-esteem, Physical & Mental well-being, Balance, and Stability. This is the place from where the body gets all the energy through the digestive process. Issues related to all-around prosperity, achievements in the outer world, rage, confidence to face challenges, are governed by this chakra.     Swadhisthan Chakra The Swadhisthan Chakra is next upwards from Muladhara Chakra (Root Chakra). It’s derived from “Swa” (self) and “Adhisthana”( abode) meaning a place where the self is established or at home. In fact , this is the natural location for the Kundalini. The process of  spiritual awakening    reaches next stage here. But for humans, it is the second chakra in the sequence of  seven chakras  culminating into Sahasrara Chakra. This chakra is associated with the manifestation of desires, and passion of our life. The issues related to pleasures in life, libido, intimacy, warmth in relations, vitality, enthusiasm are governed by this chakra.
